Sponsorship Levels
Platinum Sponsorship ($6,000) - LIMITED TO 1 COMPANY 

  • 2025 Platinum Sponsor gets first right of refusal.
  • One (1) speaker session at the annual conference, first choice of topic and time (topic approved by GSHCPL Leadership Team).
  • Three (3) complimentary registrations to the annual conference, which include all sessions and events. Lodging not included.
  • Host Opening Reception
    • Sponsorship recognition and event signage. Join us for an evening of good food and good company. Connect with your peers to share your experiences and grow your network.
      • Casual setting.
      • Food and beverages.
  • Host lunch
    • Sponsorship recognition and event signage.
  • Opportunity to present at a 2026 Quarterly GSHCPL Roundtable meeting (topic approved by GSHCPL Leadership Team).
  • Welcome/promotional video (provided by Sponsor) to be played during the conference.

Gold Sponsorship ($4,000) - LIMITED TO 6 COMPANIES  

  • One (1) speaker session at the annual conference (topic approved by GSHCPL Leadership Team).
  • Two (2) complimentary registration to the annual conference, which includes all sessions and events. Lodging not included.
  • Host a Power Hour
    • These sessions are interactive and designed to involve everyone in the room. Roundtable discussions on popular health care compliance issues facilitated by the Gold Sponsors. Sponsorship recognition and event signage. Network with members for informal Q & A.
      • Breakfast and beverages.
      • Limited to three (3) sponsor hosts each morning.

Silver Sponsorship ($2,500) - LIMITED TO 4 COMPANIES

  • One (1) speaker session at the annual conference (topic approved by GSHCPL Leadership Team, pending availability). Speaking slots will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • One (1) complimentary registration to the annual conference, which includes all sessions and events. Lodging not included.

Bronze Sponsorship ($1,000) - LIMITED TO 10 COMPANIES

  • One (1) complimentary registration to the annual conference, which includes all sessions and events. Lodging not included

Benefits for All Sponsorship Levels

  • Opportunity to register one (1) additional person at the rate of $500 each.
  • If requested, access to an exhibit table for the duration of the annual conference to prominently display brochures, signs, banners, or other promotional materials.
  • All sponsor levels receive sponsorship level company recognition and promotion in GSHCPL email marketing and website.
  • Access to pre & post conference attendee lists. The pre-conference list will be sent out in the "Know Before You Go" email no more than a week prior to conference start date.
  • The option to purchase one (1) additional conference pass for $500 (may attend all events except the members-only sessions)
  • The sponsor cancellation deadline is July. 31, 2026. After this time, we are not able to offer a refund due to budgeting for the conference.
