GHA Annual Summer Meeting

The GHA Annual Summer Meeting brings together health care executives and thought leaders to share education, resources, and strategies to ensure hospitals are prepared for the new realities in health care. Join your peers and take advantage of the exceptional networking opportunities and an outstanding lineup of educational sessions. Space is limited for each level.  

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Ruby Sponsor - $15,000 (limit 5 companies)

  • Two (2) complimentary attendee registrations with the option to purchase two (2) additional attendee registrations (approximately $850 each)
  • Two (2) guaranteed rooms in the Ritz at the meeting room rate. Other rooms assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Recognition during Wednesday’s welcome reception and social events
  • Company logo displayed during reception highlighting your company as a sponsor
  • Company’s branded promotional items  
  • Designated space during the welcome reception
  • Opportunity for company representatives to welcome attendees and engage with hospital leaders during the conference registration process

  • One (1) complimentary attendee registration with the option to purchase one (1) additional attendee registration (approximately $850 each)
  • One (1) guaranteed room in the Ritz at the meeting room rate. Other rooms assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Exclusive Board Event during Summer Meeting

  • Opportunity to purchase one (1) attendee registration (approximately $850)

Meeting Table Sponsor - $4,000 (limit 8 companies)

  • Six-foot draped table in prominent location for the duration of the meeting
  • Opportunity to purchase one (1) attendee registration (approximately $850)

 

Room Drop - $5,000 (limit 1 company)

  • Company may provide one item to be delivered to all member attendee rooms or distributed at check-in, in accordance with hotel guidelines.

 

Lanyard Sponsor - $5,000 (limit 1 company)

  • GHA will produce lanyards printed with the sponsor logo and distribute them to all registrants when they arrive on site.
