The presentation will review the requirements that Hospitals must satisfy to comply with the Price Transparency Rule and the modified enforcement process. The review will include the guidance provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) and what steps the Hospitals must take to comply with the applicable laws.
