She will also discuss the GA FLEX Health Equity Improvement (HEI) Project, Alliant’s innovative partnership with the Georgia State Office of Rural Health (SORH) that is working to establish comprehensive and sustainable health equity practices across 30 Georgia critical access hospitals. In addition, Abraha will provide strategies and resources to help your hospital meet the 2023 and 2024 Joint Commission accreditation and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulatory requirements for health equity and screening for the new social determinants of health structural measures (SDOH-1 and SDOH-2). Comp. R. & Regs. 393-13-.02, (1) (a). Approved for 1.5 contact hours.
