Please remember, this is not a trade show, so it does not require lighting, booths & flooring. All vendor tables will be approximately 6 feet long and 2 ½ feet wide. Since space is limited, you must keep all items on the table provided. Floor displays will NOT be permitted. Tables will be designated by company nameplate. Please note that access to power is NOT guaranteed but will be available to purchase through the hotel closer to the conference should you need it.
