Course Curriculum:
This program will focus on Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS) hospital conditions of participation (CoPs) on dietary, food, and nutrition services.

Our speaker will review three changes that were made to CMS dietary guidelines for hospitals and all dietary guidelines for critical access hospitals (CAH) and were rewritten and effective as of April of 2015. The common deficiencies will be reviewed. Additionally, The Joint Commission (TJC) provision of care chapter standards related to dietary, the TJC dietary tracer information and the DNV Healthcare dietary standards will also be covered during this program.
