Continuous Survey Readiness (CSR) is a joint effort between the Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) to structure and implement a program through which hospitals can receive education, consulting, and feedback on an ongoing basis for standard requirements for accreditation through the Joint Commission. CSR helps hospitals incorporate performance measurement and other data into the accreditation process. CSR regional representatives assigned to Georgia have designated case loads and bring their surveyor and consultant experience to the program. Joint Commission Resources is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). To provide continuing education for the healthcare team. By attending the CSR 2024 Fall Conference offered by Joint Commission Resources, participants may earn up to 8.75 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
