Continuous Survey Readiness (CSR) is a joint effort between the Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) to structure and implement a program through which hospitals can receive education, consulting, and feedback on an ongoing basis for standard requirements for accreditation through the Joint Commission. CSR helps hospitals incorporate performance measurement and other data into the accreditation process. CSR regional representatives assigned to Georgia have designated case loads and bring their surveyor and consultant experience to the program. Please note this meeting is limited to participants from a CSR Georgia hospital.
