Course Curriculum

Qualivis/Aya Healthcare researched the current state of healthcare workforce innovation through nationwide interviews, surveys, and a contemporary literature review. The results of the study yielded that where readiness meets action, innovation becomes real. Healthcare leaders maximize workforce efficiencies and optimize patient outcomes by understanding what drives success and how to navigate hurdles along the way. In this presentation, the speakers will share insights and practical strategies gained from research that propel organizations from intent to implementation, unlocking the energy to equip the healthcare workforce for today and the future.
