Contracts have become a recent hot topic with increased scrutiny by both the Joint Commission and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This webinar will include the CMS Hospital Conditions of Participation (CoPs) requirements for contracts, which must be followed by every hospital that accepts Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement. The program will discuss the standards for hospitals accredited by both the Joint Commission and DNV-GL, which are closely matched to the CMS CoPs. Recent changes to the CMS Telemedicine Standard will also be reviewed.
