Course Curriculum

Hospital chief executive officer (CEO) turnover is rising rapidly, with a 42% jump in leadership changes from 2022 to 2023 alone. As more executives step into these complex roles, their first 90 days have never been more critical. It’s during this make-or-break window that new CEOs must establish trust, build momentum, and lay the groundwork for long-term success.

Join this webinar for an engaging and insightful discussion that will explore what separates thriving CEOs from struggling ones in those early days. Drawing from HealthSearch Partners’ 90-Day CEO Leadership Series that features firsthand interviews with hospital leaders nationwide, the speaker will outline real-world strategies and leadership behaviors that create lasting impact.
