Course Curriculum:

This session will focus on the primary clinical portions of the new CoPs. As the speaker addresses these key areas in which frequent deficiencies are seen, she look at what processes an agency can utilize to facilitate compliance. She also discuss how the interdisciplinary team is so critical in order to not only be compliant but also to improve patient and agency outcomes. The team regulations are addressed under coordination of care, and specified in the skilled services and aide conditions of participation. There are a number of aide revisions and updates that you should not miss, including duties assigned by therapists and information about being part of an integrated team.
