Overview:
This two-day workshop is focused on the role of the charge nurse and will benefit those new to the charge nursing role as well as those with experience. Leadership styles, conflict resolution, effective communication, time management and successful delegation are just a few of the areas that will be covered in this program. Though catering to the role of the charge nurse, the workshop will also benefit any nursing leader looking to improve leadership skills.

Continuing Education:

The Georgia Hospital Association is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Alabama State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Approved for 13 contact hours
