Course Curriculum:

Our speaker will focus on the critical nature of a physician needs assessment for hospitals. Special attention will be paid to how the needs assessment plays a significant role in the overall development of a hospital’s medical staff but also how it impacts recruitment efforts, recruitment strategy, and compensation paid to recruited providers.

The session will incorporate discussion on the nature of Fair Market Value and commercial reasonableness in recruitment and overall provider compensation. The unique tie between the needs assessment and compensation compliance will also be explored during this program. Emphasis will be on the development of a compliant recruitment process with detail provided that includes the recruitment policy process for an organization.
